Email Templates are now inserting Dynamics User First Name instead of Customer First Name

I created a lot of email templates using the Templates under Advanced Settings. I followed the instructions here ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-templates-email )

to add dynamic text to the greeting and insert the customer's first name. I tested the templates I had created on Friday 1/21 and everything was working perfectly.

Today, when I tested again after finishing up creating the rest of templates, it no longer inserts the customer's name. Instead it inserts my name. When the pop-up appears for me to choose the template, the preview shows my name rather than the customer's, and once selecting the template, my name is in the greeting. On Friday the customer's name was showing in both of these places. Can anyone help?
