For some reason our system CRM system is randomly canceling case resolutions. We've had one user report that atleast 15 of his cases had the resolution canceled. Some of these cases are from as far back as 2016. The users who are shown as canceling them did not go in and do anything to those cases. Is there any reason that this could be happening? I also noticed this would happen if I would do something such as mark a contact inactive. I realized we are on a very old version of CRM, but until we get things moved to D365, we need to get this issue fixed.
