CONVERSATION INTELLIGENCE: How can we record a call from cell phone.

Hi Team,

I am looking into conversation intelligence from Sales Insight.

I do understand how that works for web browser on a PC as there's enough material on that.

However, I am not able to find any relevant article , how will that happen from a cell phone ( for people who are always on road ) .

I would appreciate any input on that topic from anyone.
