Create view of records shared with team(s) I am a member of

I am familiar with being able to create views using Fetch XML to list records shared with a particular user/team, but is there a way to make this dynamic and a bit more complex?  Specifically, is there a way to get all team IDs the current user is a member of, and then 'inject' them into the XML on load?

Let me know if I should elaborate!
