Polaris - Scheduling a phone call

We are really trying to like the Polaris update but each time we try to do something we find important functionality has been removed.

In the new FluidUI it is no longer possible to create a phone call for a specific point in time. To do this I will need to drop out of the Contact/Account/Lead record and use the full ribbon which extends the time taken to create the phone call. REDUCED USABILITY.
