Redirect to Different App with entityform in crm 365 using Sitemap

Hi All,

I need to redirect to different instance & app id with entity new create form using sitemap but it should open in same window page instead new tab.

Is it possible in crm 365 online ?

The below is working fine if i use full crm url/main.aspx?pagetype=entityrecord&etn=yourEntityName"

But its opening in new tab. And how can we go back to the page where i have started becz its a different instance & if we go back by clicking on left arrow then its not going back to the 1st instance page.
