Lookup field is not visible in details form

We have created a lookup column called as "Supplier Name" and created relationship with the vendor names in CRM.

While a user creates a new form the supplier name is visible but when I navigate to detail form then the supplier name is not visible.

I have checked the visibility property and script but everything is seems to be right.

But don't know why its not displaying. Can anyone provide a solution for this?
