Error when i export record to pivot table

I'm getting a generic microsoft error when i do a advanced find like this:

Look for Cases

Status Equals Active

Go to Another related entity like Order and put

Customer Equals to "Someone"

After this i press find and the records are returned.

After this i try to export to pivot table and the generic microsoft error appears.

Can  you help me please?
