Drop-down menu is not available in another environment

Hi,

I've created a new field under one of the stages and it works totally fine in DEV. Basically, if an option is true, new field is opening and user select Yes or No. See below:

But when I move the solution to another environment for instance TEST or UAT, drop-down menu is not working as it supposed to be, please see below:

What would be the reason? Any input appreciated.
