Hi,
Appointment is an OOTB activity entity and SMS is also an OOTB activity entity. I want to choose some appointment on SMS's regarding field, but I can not find Appointment in search view and I do not know how to enable it.
I tried to enable the Activities function on Appointment entity setting page but it is disabled.
