hopefully I am in the right forum. Our Scenario: CRM is connected to a platform (bidirectional communication, reading and writing) only via Web request calls.
1. If we have an application speaking to the above named platform (CRM <-> platform <-> app <-> users): Do all users have to be licensed?
2. If user uses the above named platform directly m (CRM <-> platform <-> users). Do these users need to be licensed?
As far as I read the "multiplexing overview" and licensing guide for dynamics and power platform: yes, all users need to be licensed because of the "pooled connection".
How do I license correctly, if I do not know each user because the registration is done outside of the crm or AAD?
Can that be done with one techincal user?
