Looking for pointers, best practices that need to be followed while working on CRM projects that use Global Template Model Rollout across different Geographies.
Please highlight the challenges that once would face in this approach?
My understanding is there would be a CAB for approval of component creation / functionality changes. Since the CAB convene on a defined frequency, what is the best way to be productive and have minimum overheads / loss of time because of waiting for CAB Approvals?
