The new modern advanced find has been enabled after the wave 2 release hit.
Problem: personal views that were previously shared have disappeared... sort of
When users go to a List View for any entity in our system, the dropdown now only displays System views. Personal views that were previously shared with that user/team do not display. HOWEVER, when they click on "Manage and share views" all the personal views that were shared appear in the side bar. The user cannot select the shared views and they are not set to hidden.
We have tried to:
- recreate a view and share with a user/team, and it won't show
- check if this was an issue with Pro vs Team license - it happens for both
- disable/enable the user - nothing changes
- have the Owner of the view UNshare and then reshare to the user/team - still doesn't show
Any ideas on why the view APPEAR to be shared with users, yet they won't display in the List View dropdown?
