Customer voice pro form's multiple choice field value transfer to dataverse table (custom entity)

Hi

I have Customer voice survey pro form . I can easily transfer response to database (custom entity) but problem I am having is with 'multichoice' field . How I can transfer multichoice field value to database ? 

My multi choice field on form is 

1. xyz

2. abc

3. xyz1

4.abc1

Now in my custom entity (database table) I need to pass value like 100000,110000,120000 etc . I did try with power flow but I feel llike there should be some direct/easy logic to do this function as I have so many multiple choice fields in my form .

Is there anything I can use for make this function easy ?
