Customization of new "Share group" far right in the entity form ribbon?

Please be so kind as to read the full question before answering.

Since recently there's a new share group at the far right of entity main form ribbons (?).

I didn't find this particular section, and in particular the "copy link"/"Link kopieren" command anywhere in

1. ribbon workbench form ribbons
   
2. ribbon workbench application ribbons, there's a copy a link button there but modifying it doesn't seem to do anything, the icons don't match, and there's no modern image.
   
3. new powerapps ribbon editor
   
4. ribbon debug mode
   

This new "share group" doesn't seem to be part of any of the known "ribbons".

Is to possible to still customize this "share" section or the commands in it, in particular "copy link" and how?
