Hello,
I am attempting to create an Opportunity form with the following fields:
Activity: _____________ (Single Line Field)
Date: _____________ (Date Field)
Submit: Yes (Two Option Field)
No
Once the user fills out the activity and date and select "Yes", I would like the "Activity" and "Date" to enter as a new line in a "Summary" field. This is the part I do not know how to accomplish:
Summary: Activity Date X
Activity Date X
Also, I would like an option to delete the line once it is submitted. I am very new to CRM and do not know if this is possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
