We're implementing dynamics crm and the marketing module. In Office365, we assign to all users the "Dynamics 365 Marketing User License" but inside Dynamics CRM, it assign automatically "Dynamics Professional - Business" role (it access all accounts and all contacts). We want that every user only access their own contacts and acconts (not all accounts or contacts) so we are trying to do these things:
- Try to edit "Dynamics Professional - Business" role, but is in grey and cannot change any option... I don't know why, because I have admin Dynamics role in Office365...
- Try to copy "Dynamics Professional - Business" role, edit to change from Organization to User, assign it to users and remove the default. The problem is that with this option, it disappear marketing module from user interfaz and I don't know why,
so, what's the best way to limit accounts and contacts from different users?
