MS Dynamics CRM keeps creating a deleted Account

Hi,

I have Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise where I'm facing a strange behavior. 

For some Account records, when I manually delete them, they are being recreated again by the system. 

I checked the GUID Id of the record and I noticed that each time CRM creates the record with same GUID.

What would be the reason behind that?
