Add subgrid of indirectly related entity to Model-Driven App

Hello everyone

I have three entities: Contact, Applicant and Project. An applicant has exactly one contact and exactly one entity. Thus, a contact has a one-to-many relationship with applicant, and applicant has a many-to-one relationship with project.

I need to add a subgrid to the contact main form, containing all the projects that the contact is indirectly related to through the applicant entity.

How would one go about adding this subgrid?
