Exception on updating Quote field when Quote is Active and Readonly

Hello everyone

I want to update an optionset filed on Quote in a Code Activity with CRM Sdk. The problem is that the Quote is in Active state and readonly

When I try to update it with a user whose privilege is Administrator, It works fine, but when a normal user with limited permissions runs the workflow, it throws the below exception.

I also tried unlocking the field with business role and it didn't work. We have dynamics 365 on-promise V8.2
