Solution to show Multi Contract names and their statuses

I would love to be able to show multi-contract names and their respective statuses in a header ribbon.

Here's a mockup of what I'm thinking:


As you can see above, I have three contract types (Blue, Red, and Yellow). I would like to have a quick visual (I'm thinking the header ribbon is the best place) to see the contract name and the status. Can you tell me how I could achieve this?
