Consultant is having issues with black screen boxes appearing over writing.
Consultant has new laptop device and Inspected on NextThink, Dex score of 5.09.
Device has been configured as per normal set up.
The following has also been completed.
Checked advance settings in internet options (Software Rendering)
Checked Firewall for issues
Ran UDS Clean Appdata
Cleaned up temp files on device, c:\windows\Temp, CCMcache, %temp%
Ran cleanup on device, EDGE
Ran Gpupdate
Ran Config Manager and ran data discovery
Checked connection type and tested
Checked Software centre for Issues
Checked task Manager (no issues)
But still the issue occurs.
Any suggestions???
