Currently I want to import Order and Opportunity objects from one environment to another using Excel importing. I have a question however.
Consider a situation that the Order/Opportunity is related to Contact and this Excel has Lookup.
Now there is a complex issue, because the Contact Names can be duplicated.
Let's assume that we have 2 Contacts named John Doe, but one has custom field identity number named "ContactUniqueNumber" and values are 1 for the first entity and 2 for the second.
I want to import Opportunity with Lookup to John Doe with ContactUniqueNumber equals 2. Additionally I want to mention that these contacts should be already within the target CRM.
How to identify these fields? Is there a way to do that in Excel imports?
