Requirement:
- Send Email from model driven app timeline of a contact ON BEHALF of a shared mailbox (NOT send as)
What have I done so far:
- successfully enabled shared mailbox
- Created a queue and added shared mailbox as mailbox of the queue
- Shared Queue with my test user
- made sure that my testusers security role has READ and APPEND TO permission for the Queue table
- made sure that my testuser has SEND ON BEHALF permissions for the shared mailbox
Outcome so far:
- Send Email from Outlook Online works as expected
- Send Email from model driven app arrives but only SEND AS
Any ideas what I am missing in my configuration?
