Dynamics 365 V9.1 fetch report failed with The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (128974848) has been exceeded

Hello

I get this error message when I execute fetch XML report 

Inner Exception: Microsoft.Crm.Reporting.DataExtensionShim.Common.ReportExecutionException: The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (128974848) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element.

Any idea how to fix this problem?
