Threads in crm 9.0

I’m using crm dynamics 365 v9.0

sending http client request from post Async plugin

to local web api 

It works but when checking sending multiple requests only one is sent

is there a threads problem in 9.0? It’s supposed to be managed environment meaning no need to worry about threads issues…?!
