Restrict Appointment Tracking to the Owner/Organizer or the Delegee

Hi everyone,

is there a possibility to restrict tracking of appointments to the organizer only?

We have the issue that some "internal" appointments get tracked by someone - who is not the organizer or delegee. And we want to stop that.

Is there a way to achieve that?

I found some settings but i am unsure how to do that (i am NOT a CRM expert but the EXO part)
