Changes of entity Controls are not reflecting after managed solution import

Hello,
I have made a change in the controls of one of my entities account (Company) I change it from the "deprecated Read-only Grid" to "default read-only grid"
And exported in a managed solution and import it to another environment(i have selected 'overwrite' option when importing the managed solution), but the change did not reflect in CRM
I checked if I have an active layer in solution layer but there is no active layer as you can see in the pictures
I also made sure that I have published the customization in the solution before exporting
