Change subgrid Ribbon

Hi there,

I have a custom form on the accounts entity, on this form I have 3 subgrids all pointing to the same entity (references), just different filters applied to these subgrids.

what I need to do is when someone selects the a subgrid they can click the add button and it opens the form with one of the fields prepopulated, depending which subgrid was selected depends on the value populated.

Any ideas?
