We are Office365 Partners. Recently we took advantage of our CRM Online Intrnal use rights to setup a CRM instance for testing.
Today, after signing in to portal.microsoftonline.com and selecting the CRM option, we get to a page showing our instance with the comment:
"The instance you selected is inactive and unavailable for sign-in"
Is there a way to re-activate our instance (solutions-it.gr)?
