We have a really strange issue that seems to have cropped up after applying Rollup 12 to our in house CRM 2011 system.
When we open a Lead, the "Qualify" button shows fine, but clicking on it, and nothing happens. Al the other top buttons work fine it's just the (most important!!) Qualify button that does not work.
So, two questions:
1) is there a workaround that will allow us to qualify leads while we work on a fix for this issue?
2) Any ideas what is causing this and what we can do about it?
As far as I know we have not customised anything in the workflow for qualification of leads, and this function used to work fine...
Any ideas?
