Setting up Dynamics CRM... this may take a few minutes

I started my trial subscription to Dynamics CRM on Sunday and I still have the message...

Setting up Dynamics CRM... this may take a few minutes

and the CRM link is disabled. There is another thread with the same subject in this fourm and I have reviewed it and I still have the problem. How do I get my trial started?
