How to create popup fields

Hi,

I’m fairly new to dynamics and I was hoping someone could help me out with this query.

I have three created three fields which I want only to appear when I have selected a certain option in another field. Just wondering is this possible in DCRM?

I’ll give an example just to be clear, I have a lead status field and one of the options is disqualified lead. When this status if selected I would like three fields providing further information (i.e. why, possible future sell, which product) to pop up.

Any help would be appreciated!
