CRM Outlook Interface does not Recognize incoming email as CRM Account...

Incoming EMails are treated just the same as other emails... no CRM token is recognized.

When I right click and choose Track in CRM it does not find the account but adds a new contact rather than using an existing one and adds to CRM without the account set. I later need to go back in and merge all these duplicate contacts that have been added.
