Hello all,
Recently have received complaints about the change in the Notes section on records. The interface is a bit different now and although I think it makes them easier to read, the "Title" is no longer available when viewing Notes in the form. You actually have to double-click the Note in order to find the "Title".
This can be cumbersome as a Contact may be working with our employees on multiple projects, and it is difficult to look through all of the Notes for that Contact and easily see which project the note is referring too.
Ideas?
