Hi,
When accessing Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premise using Internet explorer, in after already logging in and selecting "remember my credentials" - users are being randomly logged off and asked to re-type their password and log into CRM again...
This has been a re-occuring issue for many users now. And I can not understand why in the middle of a session the user is kicked out and forced to log in again - but further ... the user is forced to type in their password REGARDLESS of if they have selected "remember my credentials". (see image below)
Please understand that a simple frustration like this has a huge impact on our sales team and CRM users. I hope someone has had similar experiences and can offer a simple, quick solution!
