CRM 2011 Instance Adapter - CRM Online to CRM Online. "An Item With Same Key Has Already Been Added"

Hi,

Just started playing around with the instance adapter and have come across a few problems. User/Picklist/Price List/Currency have all imported fine, however Product and Account fail with the error "An Item With Same Key Has Already Been Added". Every row fails with this error. I am not even sure of where to look for further errors, I cannot do a SQL trace to help decipher what is going wrong as both instances are Online. These are the only two other entities I have tried.

Both environments have the same schema.

Any ideas?
