Lead/Opportunity > Activities > Add Phone Call question

When i forget to "Add Phone Call" as an activity under a lead or an opportunity record, and then work on adding them later i do not have a chance to edit the time, date, duration of the call the same way i used to do before the update. Any ideas on how i can edit the "Add Phone Call" activity?
