We ran a script that didn't work and hosed our customized account forms. We called support on this fairly quickly and they assured us that they would be able to restore the form from the weekends backup with no loss of data. In fact, we had them assure us there would be no loss in data - 3 times! After the restoration yesterday, guess what? All of our data entered since the backup is gone. They said there is nothing we can do about it.
Don't they run a backup prior to a restoration? Do we have to redo several days of work?
