Hey ya'll -
I thought I had my pickle sorted but alas here I am..
We have Accounts, Accounts have Contacts, Accounts and their Contacts are owned by a User. I setup the following workflow and it is falling short.
Contact > Inherit Parent Account's Owner @ time of Assignment & when record is created
- This is working for Account records that have their owner updated. We had no way of solidly mapping in Users/Accounts therefore some massaging has had to be done.If I assign the Owner of the Account all the contacts update too.
- This is not working for any new Contacts created in an Account (I went in via Account and created a new contact and it defaulted the Contact owner to be me for the new Contact)
Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
