New deployment report server error

Hello,

I' m making a migration to MCRM (from VMs currently) and:

1. when installing the MCRM reporting service extension, I get an error speaking about a 'Geo' problem

2. Would also like to create new deployments but during the verification process, the report server url is not found BUT I can access to it though my ie when going to the Reporting Service  Configuration Manager.

Tried a lot of fix found om blogs, nothing helped...

Any idea where to start from?
