Hi everyone. I have a client who is current using iContact for outbound email and social marketing. They are also running MS Dynamics CRM and are looking to run integrated programmes in the future. I'm not overly familiar with MS Dynamics so could anyone give me a heads-up on how to create and manage HTML email campaigns within MSDCRM?
Can we integrate the two systems or can we simply create all the campaign assets we need within MSDCRM?
Essentially, we are looking to send scheduled outbound communications to a prospect list and drive them to an online form to complete to take advantage of a discounted offer on business utilities.
