Release a Queue Item using a workflow?

Is it possible to release a queue item using a workflow in Dynamics CRM 2011 Online?  

Here's the scenario:  All Cases (Incidents) are routed to a Queue upon creation.  A customer service team member selects a Case from the "available to work on" view and clicks "Work On". Then in the "items I'm working on list" the user opens the case and starts working.  When/if the Status Reason field on the case is updated to "Need more information", I'd like a workflow to fire (on save) that releases the Case back to the queue so that it's available for anyone on the customer service team to work on the case once more information becomes available (i.e. it should show up again in the "available to work on" view). 

Is there a way to do this without coding a custom plug-in?
