Hi CRM Expert,
We are creating new email and sending out to users and sometimes some of the emails are missing in history. So when we look for those emails, the regarding value which is pointing to incident is missing. So we have to manually update the value in the email then it shows up in incident history.
So, we noticed that when we create new email, the regarding value/object is missing some of the time.
Anyone experience this and what is the resolution? Would like to know is a Known Error or we miss out any roll up?
