hi, I am using CRM workflow for sending emails with E -mail Router
My Email Router Settings are
E-mail Server Type :Exchange
Online Protocol : Exchange Web Services
Authentication type : Clear Text
Exchange Web Service URL : https://test.outlook.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Access credentials :Other Specified
User Name : test password :test
When i do Test Access it gives me an error
Incoming Status: Failure - The remote Microsoft Exchange e-mail server returned the error "(401) Unauthorized". Verify that you have permission to connect to the mailbox. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
Outgoing Status: Failure - An error occurred while checking the connection to e-mail server https://test.outlook.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
help plz its urgent .......
