We are evaluating to implement Microsoft CRM 2011 to our service based company. I checked all of the well known books about CRM and saw that all of them telling to implement CRM to product selling industry.
For example we sell service based on a contract. So we prepare invoice on monthly or yearly basis depending on customer selection.
Also we give support for our services by our Call Center and Support Team.
But i couldn't find any guide to impelement CRM to service sector.
