I am unable to setup a non-interactive user in a CRM 2016 On-Premise organization and the provided INTEGRATION user does not work as in prior versions.
When running in integration mode, I connect via a third party integration tool as the INTEGRATION user. In prior versions (as recent as CRM 2015) we were able to use this user to update sales orders that have been submitted (i.e. read only). In CRM 2016 we receive a message saying that the record cannot be updated because it is read-only.
If I try to set up a second user and set them to non-interactive I get a message saying that I have exceeded the number of allowed non-interactive users.
I have read elsewhere there is a limit of 5 non-interactive users for CRM Online but have found nothing on this topic for On-Premise. Has anyone else run into this issue?
