Migrate from DEV to UAT Environment

I need to migrate the developed customization from DEV to UAT environment and I used the below steps but I am getting errors as below and also if there a good article for the migration steps, please share it.

1- Open the solution and select each component (entity, js, image,......) and press Add Required Components to avoid missing messages

2- Select the solution and press export 

3- I got the below missed components and I couldn't find it in the solution or in "Add Existing"

4- Removed the missing tags <MissingDependency> from the exported solution.xml

5- Import the solution on UAT server but I got the below error
