Dynamic Pivot Table - Execute Function Error

When exporting a view that relies on Fiscal Year (i.e. All Opps created this fiscal year) my users cannot open the XML. Error "The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'fn_EndOfThisFiscalYear', database 'xxx_MSCRM', schema 'dbo'.

I'm pretty sure that the view works in app because it is running under the context of the CRM System user and not the CRM user. What access needs to be set up so that my users can use Dynamic Pivot table exports on some of the more complex views?
