Back in December we recieved a notice that the Internet Lead Capture component was to be discontinued as of February 15, 2013.
Sometime this AM, it stopped for us, and a trouble ticket was submitted.
After discussing the situation with the rep, he tells me that they have turned off the service early.
REALLY?

2. If REALLY, what nitwit sends out an email indicating discontinution fo a serice on a given date, and then arbitraily turns it off EARLY? We were making preps for the change, but we certianly aren't set and tested yet.. after all, we thoguht we had mroe than a month to go.
Is there a language barrier with this rep, or is this really the case? HELP!
